Order Processing & Manufacturing
Our products are manufactured at our facility in Shenzhen, China. Manufacturing takes 3-5 business days (Monday through Saturday), with orders beginning production within 24 hours of placement. Each order undergoes a one-day quality inspection before shipping. Our order cutoff time is 11:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (GMT-05:00).
Shipping Details
We ship directly from our Shenzhen facility to destinations worldwide. Delivery typically takes 10-25 business days (Monday through Saturday) for orders to the United States and Australia. All shipments include comprehensive tracking, which we provide via email. You’ll receive tracking updates at each major milestone of the shipping process.
Order Timeline
After placing your order, you’ll receive an immediate email confirmation. Your order then moves through our streamlined process: production begins within 24 hours, manufacturing takes 3-5 business days, followed by a one-day quality check before dispatch from our Shenzhen facility.
International Orders
For international shipments, please note that while we no longer collect taxes during checkout, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes levied by their local authorities. All orders are shipped directly from our China facility with full tracking capabilities.
